Showroom Visit

When your tour is complete, explore all our delicious sweets and unique gifts.

We start all our tours with a brief history of where Abbott’s began in 1890. We continue our tour with the production side of the business, starting with the caramel room. In the caramel room, you will see our classic recipe being crafted, poured, cut and wrapped by hand. The next stop is our chocolate room where creams and novelty items are sent down the enrober and covered in milk or dark chocolate. The chocolate room also makes all our nut and cream centers by hand. The final stop of the tour is the packing station where each box is carefully crafted and, depending on the season, wrapped and ribboned for the holidays.

Anyone is welcome to come see the chocolates and caramels being made Wednesday through Friday from 9AM to 11AM and 12PM to 2PM. We do ask groups of 10 or more to please contact us in advance to arrange a private tour of the facilities.
