This position will provide friendly customer service to wholesale, fundraising, and retail customers as needed and assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Job Duties:
- Answer phone and direct inquires
- Assist with as directed with Quickbooks’ Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Take orders as they are received by phone, mail or as directed by supervisor. If pick up, fill order, if shipped send to shipping
- Pleasantly assists wholesale customers as their contact person and respond to their information requests.
- Promote the wholesale program
- Fill merchandise wholesale orders as they are received by phone, fax, or as directed by supervisor
- Maintain wholesale information and forms
- Maintain, update and invoice standing orders
- Maintain and update mailing list, send out approved mailings
- Supervise fundraising operations by serving as contact person, responding to requested information, maintaining the fundraising calendar and forms
- Work with Quickbooks’ Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Open/Close store as assigned and/or assist with such procedures
- As time allows after wholesale tasks, assist in Retail as needed or requested
- Confer with supervisor/specified instructions for additional work assignments each day – Assist supervisor in preparing for tour groups
- Stock, pack, wrap, and assist retail customers
- Assist with cleaning of store, displays, and merchandise
- Report maintenance needs to supervisor
- Request any needs to complete tasks to supervisor in advance
- Any other duties requested by supervisor as needs arise
Skills/Qualifications
- Friendly disposition and effective customer service skills including communication
- Able to lift and handle merchandise and cartons
- Reading and math skills
- Ability to run POS system and previous sales experience is helpful
- Computer and Quickbook knowledge/experience, needed but not required
