Job Title: Caramel Production Operator
This position will work in different capacities in the preparation of the caramels manufactured in the Caramel room.
Reports to: Caramel Production Supervisor
Job Duties:
- Pour, cut, and wrap caramels
- Assist with caramel cooking
- Assist with the manufacture of products other than caramels
- Ready product for storage
Skills/Qualifications:
- Physical capability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to operate equipment/machinery
- Able to lift and handle merchandise, cartons, and heavy items
- Reading and math skills
- Able to follow supervisor’s instructions
